When scrolling through
the comments left on my posts today I noticed a comment with the message,
"Hi, I've nominated you for the Liebster
Award! Find the details on my blog.” I almost dismissed it but curiosity
got the better of me and I quickly found myself pasting the url into my address
bar.
'Lovely
Linny Likes' is the person who had nominated me for the Liebster Award and she
has a whole post with lots of information about it. I was very excited and
appreciative when I read this:
"Most bloggers, at some point, have heard
of or received the Liebster Award, unless you are a newbie. From the extensive
searches I have conducted in my attempts to learn about this award, I have
visited a bunch of blogs and learned the following information:
1. This award
exists only on the Internet, and is given to bloggers by other bloggers.
2. It has German origins – the word
“liebster” has several definitions: dearest, sweetest, kindest, nicest,
beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute, endearing, welcome and
sweetheart.
3. It follows similar
principles as a chain letter, in the sense that it should be passed forward to
a certain number of people.
It is said that the Liebster Award was created to
recognize and/or discover new bloggers and welcome them to the
blogosphere.

1. My favourite colour is pink.
2. I love chocolate and
have a new found love for Cadbury Marvellous Creations chocolate.
3. When I'm on holidays
I catch up on episodes of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' and often watch a
few episodes back to back but can never re-watch an episode.
4. I love, love the show
'Suits', and think that Rachel Zane is always styled amazingly.
5. I think that
Kylie Gillies from The Morning Show on the Seven Network is also always styled
to perfection.
6. Kate Middleton is one
of my style icons and if I could be anyone for a day it would definitely be her
hands down.

I'd had an interest in fashion blogging and styling for a
long time. After hearing for so long that I should create my own blog and begin
doing some styling work from various people around me, I finally thought I'd
give it ago and see where it takes me.

item of clothing can you not live without?
Thats a tough one- I love
all my clothes, I try and not play favourites but if I have to, My Muubaa
Leather Jacket- it goes over everything and is the softest leather. It was also
a God send during the freezing New York Winter.

My Horoscopes.

Dolphin.

Shopping and creating 'to buy' lists.
